2. Eligibility

3. Services & Products

Dr. Monga Opticians provides a platform to purchase original merchandise including eyewear (spectacles and sunglasses), contact lenses, and related accessories. We also offer professional services such as Digital Eye Exams and Online Consultations.

• We strive for 100% authenticity in all branded products.
• Contact lenses are guaranteed to have a shelf life of at least 1 year from the date of order.
• Product imagery is provided for representation; slight variations in color or texture may occur due to screen settings.

4. Prescription Policy

For all prescription-based orders (glasses or contact lenses), you agree that:

• The prescription provided is accurate and was issued by a qualified professional within the last 12 months.
• You consent to Dr. Monga Opticians contacting your prescribing doctor to verify the authenticity of the prescription if required.
• The Company reserves the right to have prescriptions reviewed by our independent qualified opticians before processing an order.

5. Orders & Payments

All orders are treated as an "invitation to offer." An order is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.

• Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include prevalent taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Cancellations: Once an order is submitted, it is considered an express intention to purchase. Cancellations are generally not permitted once the processing of lenses has begun.
• Availability: If a product is sold out, we will notify you and offer either a full refund or an alternative product of equal value.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is carried out on a 'best effort' basis. Subject to events beyond our control, products are typically shipped within 10 business days of order acceptance.

Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon shipment to the carrier. Any re-delivery costs resulting from incorrect address information provided by you will be billed to your account.

7. Returns & Refunds

We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. Our policy is as follows:

• Standard Returns: You must initiate a return for frames or accessories within 1 week of receipt.
• Exclusions: We cannot accept returns for frames where lenses have already been fitted or customized to your specific prescription.
• Condition: Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all tags intact.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
