At Dr. Monga Opticians, we are committed to delivering your vision care products in the safest and most efficient manner possible. Please review our shipping practices below.
1. Order Processing
Every order undergoes a quality check and verification process before it leaves our facility. For prescription eyewear, this includes the precision cutting and fitting of lenses by our lab technicians.
- Standard Orders: Processed within 24-48 hours.
- Prescription Eyewear: Requires 3-5 business days for laboratory customization.
- Special Lenses: High-index or complex progressive lenses may require additional processing time.
2. Delivery Timelines
We aim to deliver all products within 10 business days of order acceptance. Please note that business days exclude Sundays and Public Holidays.
- Delhi NCR: Typically delivered within 3-5 business days.
- Tier 1 Cities: Typically delivered within 5-7 business days.
- Rest of India: Typically delivered within 7-10 business days.
3. Shipping Charges
We believe in transparent pricing. Our current shipping structure is as follows:
- Free Shipping: Available on all orders above ₹999 within India.
- Standard Shipping: A flat fee of ₹100 applies to orders below ₹999.
- International Shipping: Currently available on a request basis. Please contact our support team for a custom shipping quote.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS notification containing your tracking number and the name of our courier partner (e.g., BlueDart, Delhivery, or Ecom Express).
You can track your package directly on the courier partner's website or via the 'My Orders' section on our platform.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
All our shipments are insured against damage and loss during transit.
- Visual Damage: If you notice the package is tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept it and notify us immediately.
- Internal Damage: If the product inside is found damaged, please report it to us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
- Lost in Transit: If a package is confirmed lost by our courier partner, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost or offer a full refund.
6. Address and Delivery Policy
We request you to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the PIN code and a valid contact number.
- We cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
- Two delivery attempts will be made by our courier partners. If both fail, the product will be returned to our warehouse.
- Re-shipping a returned order due to an incorrect address or non-availability will incur additional shipping charges.
